Dear all graduates, 

You are required to fill in and complete the tracer study form and hand in the slip when you come to collect the certificate and transcript as the evidence that you have completed the survey. The tracer study form can be accessed via URL: http://graduan.mohe.gov.my/v/ starting from 23 December 2020 – 31 December 2020.  Please refer your name attached.

Here are the steps for access to the tracer study system:

i) Visit the official site of tracer study (http://graduan.mohe.gov.my/v/)

(ii) Next, please click on the button login.

(iii) In the login, please complete the information such as IC number/ Passport number, institution and institution name (use Institut Teknologi Maklumat Nusantara)

(iv) Click send/submit.

(v) Print out and keep the soft copy for your reference in the future.

The study aims to gain insights and experience about the program of studies, the facilities, and services provided while you were studying as well as how you encountered the challenges faced at your workplace. Your feedback is very important to bring changes to our institution and also to the Ministry of Education to improve the quality and standards of higher education in the country.
